All my cakes are freshly baked using quality ingredients including free range eggs, luxury preserves and Callebaut Cocoa. Prices depend upon the size of the cake and the complexity of the design. Cake tiers are normally between 4 and 5 inches tall however, it is possible to choose a taller cake design to get the desired WOW factor for your occasion. Cakes are finished with a layer of dark, milk or white chocolate ganache to achieve ‘sharp edges’ and a professional finish and are then covered with quality Massa Ticino sugar paste icing.
